Below is a detailed menu you can choose from: Please remember that this event is open to all members, family and friends, the more the better. Applications will be distributed during our club nights and downloadable from our website as well. Kindly fill application and hand it to Sandra or Annalise by Monday 2nd December.
CHRISTMAS FESTIVITIES SET MENUS 2013

Set Menu 1 - €12

Garlic Bread & Bruschetta to share.

Pizza Choice
Ai Funghi - Pizza with mushrooms.
Al Pollo - Pizza with chicken, bacon, green peppers, sweet corn and bbq sauce.
Festa al Carne - Pizza with a mix of meats and bbq sauce.
Frutti di Mare - Pizza with seafood mix.

Pasta Choice
Spaghetti Bolognese - Spaghetti in a rich minced beef and tomato ragu.
Penne Popeye - Penne in a creamy spinach, mushrooms and bacon sauce.
Penne Salmone e Gamberi - Penne in a creamy smoked salmon and prawn sauce.
Penne Regatta - Penne in a cumin and turmeric based sauce with mushrooms and bacon.

Chicken in Mushroom - Grilled chicken breast in a creamy mushroom sauce.
Half Rack Ribs - Tender cooked BBQ ribs.
Swordfish Steak - Grilled swordfish steak served with tomato and caper sauce.

A selection of sweets and ice cream including Christmas specialties.

Half bottle of water is complimentary per person and coffee or tea is served at the end of the meal.


Set Menu 3 - €23

APPETIZERS to share.
Garlic and Bruschetta mixed focaccia to share.

STARTERS to choose one.
Prawn Cocktail - Baby prawns served on a bed of greens and Marie Rose sauce.
Penne Funghi e Pepperoni - Penne in a creamy mushroom and spicy salami sauce.
Oriental Mix - Samosa and spring rolls served with a sweet chilli dip.


MAINS to choose one.
Ribe Eye Steak - Tender grilled and served with mushroom, or pepper sauce
Salmon steak - Pan roasted salmon steak served in a creamy smoked salmon sauce.
Chicken Pistacchio - Grilled chicken breast served with bacon, and a creamy mushroom and pistacchio sauce.

Focaccia with Garlic and Parmesan shavings.

Octopus in Garlic - Pan fried octopus in garlic and white wine
Risotto Funghi - Creamy risotto with mushrooms
Penne Popeye - Penne in a creamy spinach, mushrooms and bacon
sauce.
Mushrooms in Garlic - Pan fried mushrooms in butter, garlic and white wine.

MIDDLE to choose one.
Fried Cheeselet - Goat cheeselet in breadcrumbs and deep-fried.
Stuffed Mushrooms - Whole mushrooms stuffed with pepperoni cream and Parmesan.

MAINS to choose one.
Chicken Parma e Gorgonzola - Oven baked chicken breast rolled in Parma ham and topped with Gorgonzola sauce.
Rib eye a la chef - Tender grilled with green peppercorns, fresh cream
and Gorgonzola cheese.
Pork Cider - Pork Loins grilled and served in a sweet and creamy apple cider based sauce.
Full Rack Ribs - Tender cooked BBQ ribs.
Honey & Lemon Salmon - Salmon Fillets pan-fried and served in a creamy honey & lemon sauce.
