I would like to remind you that our club, besides 4 on court training
sessions per week, also organises a physical training session
consisting of jogging, sprinting and several strength building
exercises. This is held every Thursday between 7.00 and 8.00pm on the
track at Kirkop Sports Complex. This has been going since the
beginning of last August. Maybe due to summer holidays, activities
etc. attendance has been quite poor. Now summer is over and the new
season has just started with the Junior National Championships coming
soon in 4 weeks time and also the individual league will be starting
soon. So it should be in the interest of all those taking part to
prepare physically for these important events.
